My background...
I have a long-standing interest in psychoanalysis and philosophy, as well as an academic background in aesthetic theory.
Alongside my work as a visual artist, I have extensive experience working with students and young people. I feel naturally at ease with this age group and offer a grounded, authentic presence that encourages them to express themselves freely. This lead me to take on a role as a school counsellor with the charity Place2Be, providing long-term support for adolescents since 2023.
In addition to this work, I’m a trustee and counsellor for the charity Brent Bereavement Service, which offers one-to-one counselling for individuals coping with loss and grief.
I’m committed to building authentic, trusting relationships where you feel truly heard and supported. At the heart of my work is a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for holistic health, wellbeing, and the deeper aspects of life, drawing from a wide range of ideas, research, and philosophical perspectives. I’m constantly learning and staying connected to the latest developments in mental health and the broader dimensions of human experience.
