Counselling
Hello
I’m a BACP registered counsellor from London, W10, offering a reflective, judgment-free space where you can be completely yourself when you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself.
Why people come to see me
Many of my clients reach out when they’re:
- Seeking personal growth
- Feeling anxious or low
- Going through significant life changes
- Grieving a loss
- Wanting to build stronger self-confidence
- Feeling disconnected from themselves or others
- Navigating relationship challenges
- Dealing with stress at work or school
- Exploring questions about neurodivergence
My approach to therapeutic counselling
I believe therapy works best when it’s personal and flexible. That’s why I blend different approaches depending on what you need:
- Person-centered listening and support
- Practical CBT techniques for managing difficult thoughts
- Body-aware methods that recognise the mind-body connection
We’ll work together to understand patterns in your life, explore how past experiences might be influencing your present, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater ease and confidence. If you’re interested, I can also share simple mindfulness techniques and guided visualisations that many clients find helpful.
Ready for the next step?
I’d love to hear from you. I typically respond to enquiries within 24 hours, and you can book a free 20-minute introductory Zoom session within a week. This session is a chance to discuss your needs, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
One-to-one counselling sessions are 50 minutes and typically cost £60, with a limited number of concessionary spaces available. I currently offer counselling sessions Monday-Sunday from 3-8 pm.

My Commitment
No matter your identity, background or the journey that brought you here, I understand how our unique experiences shape who we are. I respect the richness that comes from those differences, whether it’s in age, ability, gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or faith. My goal is to make sure you feel valued and heard and I want to honour your story, your perspective, and what makes you, you.
